At Dial Zones, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time without facing any penalties or hidden fees.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your service will remain active and accessible until the end of your current paid billing period.
- We do not charge any cancellation fees or termination charges.
- To cancel your account, please contact our support team at support@dialzones.com or use the cancellation option within your account dashboard.
2Refund Policy
Our refund policy is structured differently depending on the type of billing plan you have selected (monthly or annual).
- Monthly Subscriptions:Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. Once a monthly billing cycle has commenced, the charge for that specific period is final and non-refundable. You will retain access until the end of the month.
- Annual Subscriptions:We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial annual purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After this 14-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term.
- Free Trials:No charges are applied during a designated free trial period. If you choose not to continue, you must cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your selected plan will automatically activate and you will be billed accordingly.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the criteria for a refund under an annual plan, please follow these steps:

- • Include your account details, the email address associated with your account, and the reason for your refund request.
- • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
- • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
